Founded in 2021 by Jasmine, a mum of three, Envision started as a side hustle and grew 4x in a single year. The agency now has a global footprint across Australia and the UK, representing the most influential family creators in the market and partnering with some of the world’s biggest brands.

This is a dual-engine Account Director role and will join the business in a pivotal stage of growth. Half the brief is winning new business, and the other half is leading and growing a portfolio of high-profile brand partnerships already within the agency.

You’ll act as a true extension of the founder, pitching for new accounts, leading proposals and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. At the same time, you’ll own retention and growth across the existing client portfolio, leading integrated campaigns across influencer, UGC, PR and events for brands punching at the top of the market.

This role is perfect for someone who’s energised by both sides of the work – closing the new deal AND making sure the current ones are thriving. More than anything, it’s for someone who wants to be in the room as we scale, helping to shape business and department growth, rather than inheriting something already built.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You’ll be measured on the things that actually move the agency forward. Strong retention and satisfaction across your portfolio. Consistent revenue growth through upsells, renewals and new scopes. Campaigns that hit or beat the KPIs the client signed up for, and a real contribution to winning new clients, as Envision steps into its next phase of growth.

Day to day, you’ll be running WIPs, leading reviews, building strategy decks, briefing creators, optimising live campaigns, shaping pitches and showing up as the trusted voice in the room.

You’ve spent 5+ years in a PR or integrated marketing agency, and you’ve got the receipts. New accounts you’ve helped close, existing accounts you’ve grown into something bigger and campaigns you’ve made impossible to ignore.

You’re as much a sales closer as you are a relationship builder. In a pitch, you can read the room, handle objections, frame commercial value and bring the deal home. Out of the pitch, you’re the person clients keep on speed dial because you actually deliver and you actually care.

You understand how influencer marketing, content and PR plug into a bigger commercial strategy. You’re commercially astute, confident with budgets and scopes and you can read performance data without flinching.

You like the energy of an agency in growth mode. You’re entrepreneurial and proactive and always a step ahead of the field. A natural salesperson AND a natural relationship builder. Clients trust you, creators want to work with you and prospects feel the difference within five minutes of meeting you.
