Brand Marketing Specialist

At Haus of Chain, we approach recruitment differently. Built inside a full-service marketing agency, we place exceptional marketing talent based on proven execution and real commercial impact rather than just what appears on a CV.

We’re recruiting for a covetable Australian luxury homewares brand, so if you’ve ever wanted a piece of home décor that doubles as a personal ritual, this could be your next home.

Detail on the brand will be shared in the screening stage.

As Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative engine behind this brand’s marketing plans, turning big ideas into content that actually lands across paid, organic, email and web. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you’ll plan campaigns, wrangle collaborations and keep every partnership humming, from PR and influencers to UGC creators and affiliates.

You’ll brief the shoots, chase the assets, and make sure everything that goes out into the world feels as considered as the product itself. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a role with real creative ownership and the ability to contribute to a global marketing strategy.

Key areas of responsibility include

• Marketing Planning: collaboratively build seasonal marketing plans that drive site traffic, social growth, brand awareness and sales, then turn those plans into budgeted action plans
• Brand & Marketing Activity: Coordinates the delivery of events, GWPs, collaborations and partnerships (influencers, UGC creators, other brands), briefing and aligning internal and external stakeholders so everything lands on schedule.
• Content Development: Turns the marketing plan into paid, organic, web and email content, briefing shoots and keeping everything on schedule for approval.
• PR & Social: Spots opportunities with influencers, brands and partners for collaborations and gifting, and runs gifting programs that grow social exposure

As well as managing the marketing budget, reporting and ad hoc tasks as needed.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You’ll know you’re nailing it when the marketing calendar runs like clockwork, every campaign live on time, every asset on-brand and on-budget. Success looks like site traffic, social growth and brand awareness climbing across Australia and the US and a content engine so smooth that paid, organic and email all sing from the same song sheet.

It also looks like partnerships that feel like a genuine win for everyone involved, the kind of collaborations people screenshot and send to their group chats.

You’ve clocked at least three years in marketing, ideally somewhere gorgeous and online, beauty, fashion, retail or another consumer brand, whether that’s client-side or agency. Klaviyo and Shopify feel like home; you’re just as comfortable in Canva as you are in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.

But more than the tools, you’ve got an instinct for what looks good, what performs, and how to marry the two without losing the magic. You’re the one who spots the story in a product shoot before anyone else does, who can brief a creator and get back exactly what you pictured, and who genuinely lights up talking about brand, beauty and the tiny details that make a customer fall in love.
