CRM & eCommerce Specialist

At Haus of Chain, we approach recruitment differently. Built inside a full-service marketing agency, we place exceptional marketing talent based on proven execution and real commercial impact rather than just what appears on a CV.

We’re recruiting for an Australian luxury homewares brand, so if you’ve ever wanted a piece of home decor that doubles as a personal ritual, this could be your next home.

Detail on the brand will be shared in the screening stage.

This is a hands on role built for someone who wants to own strategy and execution. As CRM & eCommerce Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of retention marketing and digital trade, responsible for the entire post-purchase journey as well as the day-to-day performance of the website.

Day-to-day, you’ll move fluidly between strategy and execution – one moment mapping a customer journey, the next briefing site content or testing a new segmentation approach in Klaviyo. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to turn retention strategy into campaigns that perform and a website that converts.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

• Loyalty & Retention: own the loyalty program end-to-end, from reward setup through to member communications, shaping a lifecycle strategy that keeps customers coming back.
• CRM & Email Marketing: manage email and SMS communications from segmentation through to automation, building the systems and testing that lift engagement and revenue per subscriber.
• Customer Experience: map the customer journey end to end, using behavioural data and cohort analysis to smooth friction points and grow lifetime value.
• eCommerce: own the site’s day-to-day performance, briefing content, merchandising for conversion and driving the SEO and platform improvements that keep the store performing.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success here means turning customers into genuine brand enthusiasts. You’ll lift repeat purchase rate and loyalty engagement, grow customer lifetime value and increase loyalty-driven revenue. On email and SMS, success is list growth, engagement and revenue per subscriber alongside strong list health. On site its all about conversion rate, average order value and organic traffic, with friction points and drop off rates falling as you go.

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded CRM & eCommerce Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing the impact of their work. You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM or customer lifecycle roles, ideally within e-commerce (lifestyle, fashion etc)along with a proven track record of driving retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

You’re confident owning the end-to-end CRM and loyalty function, shaping customer journeys across email, SMS and loyalty channels to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results. You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and other platforms, using data analysis, segmentation, A/B testing and marketing automation to turn insights into actionable, results-driven campaigns.

Beyond technical skills, you’re strategic yet tactical and results-driven. You combine creativity with data and structure, communicating clearly, managing projects efficiently and collaborating across teams to create seamless, impactful customer experiences. Above all, you take ownership, are self-directed and thrive when turning customer insights into initiatives that drive measurable results.
