We’re partnering with Jampacked Agency, a female-led creative and performance agency based in Sydney. Paid media, organic social, creative strategy, content, email and SMS, all delivered by a boutique team of women with serious talent and even bigger energy.

Jampacked doesn’t do surface-level work or high-volume client churn. They partner with a select handful of brands and become part of their world: their go-to creative team, their sounding board and often their secret weapon.

This role is based in Sydney, hybrid, with two days a week in an epic new HQ that’s about to open its doors. This role can be full-time or part-time, so tell us what suits you.

As Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the visual design of email campaigns across Jampacked’s client portfolio, built primarily in Klaviyo. You’ll live inside Klaviyo’s template builder, and when briefs and copy land on your desk, they’ll come back polished, on brand and built to convert.

• Design and build email campaigns and flows directly in Klaviyo, from drag-and-drop template edits to custom HTML blocks
• Pitch in on ad creative, static and light motion, for paid social and display when needed
• Translate brand guidelines and campaign calendars into on-brand designs built to convert
• Maintain and evolve templates and design systems for each client, keeping every send consistent
• Keep an eye on deliverability and rendering across every inbox and device
• Work closely with copywriters, account managers and the email strategist to hit every deadline

It’s a role with real variety; one day you’ll be deep in a template refresh, the next pulling together ad creative for a paid social push.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Your emails don’t just land; they perform. Templates stay sharp and consistent send after send. Clients never have to ask twice about rendering or deliverability because you’ve already handled it. Feedback turns into better work fast, not a bottleneck, and the account managers you work with know your designs will be right the first time.

You live in Klaviyo – building and designing inside the platform is second nature to you, and you understand what separates an email that converts from one that just looks nice.

You bring strong graphic design instincts backed by real email marketing experience, and you’re comfortable moving between Figma, Canva and the Adobe suite without missing a beat. Agency or freelance experience means you already know how to juggle multiple clients and brands under fast turnarounds.

You have a good eye for typography, layout and brand consistency and some HTML/ CSS experience would be highly advantageous.

You take feedback well and iterate quickly, and you can hold several accounts at once without letting the standard drop on any of them.
