Senior Graphic Designer

At Haus of Chain, we approach recruitment differently. Built inside a full-service digital agency, we place exceptional creative talent based on proven execution and real commercial impact, not just what appears on a CV.

Haus of Chain is proud to be partnering with SLICKHAIR, one of Australia’s most exciting and fast-growing beauty and personal care brands. Known for their bold creative, cult product range and growing retail footprint across the globe, SLICKHAIR has built a loyal community of customers who genuinely care about the brand they’re buying into.

As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll sit inside the marketing team producing work across digital, social, eCommerce, retail, packaging and campaign, turning brand strategy into assets that actually land on shelf, in-feed and in-store. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing, taking concepts from brief through to final, production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets across digital, social, email, website, retail, events and campaigns
• Prepare final artwork files ready for print and production
• Adapt creative assets to retailer and wholesale partner specifications while keeping brand integrity intact
• Contribute to packaging design and NPD concepts
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring campaigns and launches to life, from brief through to final artwork

What Success Looks Like

Success looks like work that doesn’t need a second glance before it goes out, polished, on-brand and ready for wherever it’s landing, whether that’s a retailer spec sheet, a paid social ad or a product carton. It’s turning briefs around with speed and precision, catching the details others miss and being someone the team can hand a project to and trust to deliver.

You’ve got 5+ years under your belt in a graphic/ digital design role within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands, and you’ve built real things with your own hands: brand assets, campaign creative, packaging, digital execution, not just tidied up someone else’s file.

You’re advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable in Figma, you understand what it takes to get artwork production-ready for print and you’ve got a solid eye for packaging and NPD work. Exposure to 3D rendering or retail asset production is a bonus, not a requirement.

You’re organised, you don’t let quality slip when things get busy and you’re just as comfortable taking direction as you are bringing your own ideas to the table. You collaborate well, and you’re looking to keep growing inside a brand that’s genuinely going places.
