The Social Content Lead reports directly to the Head of Social Media and will work closely with both Social Media and Global Brand teams. You’ll own the global social content strategy end-to-end, ideating, pitching, producing and delivering content that moves culture and drives vitality. This isn’t a ‘manage the calendar’ role. You’re the creative nucleus, shaping how the brand looks, sounds and shows up across every channel, every day.

You’ll translate data, trends and campaign moments into content that earns attention, using performance insights and platform behaviours to sharpen your direction and stay ahead of what’s next. Your finger is always on the pulse and you use that edge to ideate, pitch and deliver engaging, customer-first content all while spotting platform-native opportunities others miss.

You’ll lead a team of 3 (2x interns, 1x coordinator) and bring out the best in them through hands-on mentorship, clear creative direction and the kind of processes that make a global team run with efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll define and own the brand’s social tone of voice, setting clear standards and holding ruthless consistency across everything that goes out. You’ll map the creator talent calendar, manage external content creators and agency partners and build the internal processes that keep a globally distributed team moving at pace.

The real measure is virality and growth. Platform performance informs your planning and you translate data and trends into content that actually lands with a millennial and Gen Z audience.

You’ve spent at least 5 years living and breathing social content, either in-house or in an agency. You’re not someone who needs to be told what’s trending; you spotted it last week and already have a content angle in mind.

You’re equally comfortable conceptualising a campaign and getting hands-on to make it happen, flexing between creative direction, to briefing a creator, and reviewing a cut. You’ve led teams before, communicate with clarity and you know how to bring brand and social together without things getting lost in translation.

You’re the bridge between what a brand wants to say and what an audience actually wants to watch, with a genuine connection to the millennial and Gen Z audience. Beauty or lifestyle experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you think natively in formats, not just ideas.
